Velvet Hanger will provide one free exchange or issue a refund of the purchase price for all returns. Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects.
Christmas Returns: For the holiday season, Velvet Hanger will extend the time period allowed for returns. Any item purchased after December 1st would need to be returned for a full refund by January 7th or within the 14 day time period, whichever is later.
To ship an item back to Velvet Hanger, simply pack your item into a USPS priority bag/box (free at your local post office). Please include the order/item# and information as to whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.
All exchanges will be reshipped for free.
All return refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt of item minus standard shipping costs of $5.00.
