DOMESTIC SHIPPING - All items will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement. Domestic shipments are sent via United States Postal Sevice priority mail or United Parcel Service (UPS). Service will be determined at Velvet Hanger's descretion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - International shipping rates are quoted at checkout.

International shipments will be sent via United States Postal Service Global Express mail which includes a tracking#.

Note - International orders may incur customs fees. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. It is your responsibility to verify the customs and duty charges and procedures in your country before placing your order. If you refuse to pay charges levied by your country, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the package. These charges will be deducted from your refunded amount due.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY - Velvet Hanger will provide one free exchange or issue a refund of the purchase price for all returns. Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS: For the holiday season, Velvet Hanger will extend the time period allowed for returns. Any item purchased after December 1st would need to be returned for a full refund by January 7th or within the 14 day time period, whichever is later. To ship an item back to Velvet Hanger, simply pack your item into a USPS priority bag/box (free at your local post office). Please include the order/item # and information as to whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.

All exchanges will be reshipped for free.

All return refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt of returned item.
